Remote work or work from the office? What is the format of work at Gexateq?
We adhere to a hybrid format of work and welcome 2-3 visits to the office per week for “live” work and communication.
*This is relevant for employees living in Minsk and Brest (cities where Gexateq offices are located). In other cases, 100% remote work is possible.
What projects can Gexateq offer to work on?
Most often, we look for specialists to work for the company, rather than on a specific project. The project may be determined during the interview, based on our possibilities and your preferences. Also, upon completion of work on one project, you will be offered a new one. You can read about the projects implemented by Gexateq in the “Projects“ section.
How many interview stages are required to receive an offer?
2-3 stages.
What is the average size of a project team?
From 5 to 10 people.
What is the main language of communication in the company?
In the company, we communicate in Russian and Belarusian languages. However, 90% of our projects are aimed at the foreign market, so knowledge of English is mandatory.
