People Partner Assistant

We’re looking for a People Partner Assistant in the team who will assist with administrative and operational tasks and help to organize HR processes.
Responsibilities:
- Support People Partners with day-to-day tasks.
- Maintaining employee records: data verification, updating statistical information.
- Administration of specific compensation types and coordination of workday adjustments.
- Sending reminders about vacation days, training events, signing documents.
- Organizing team-building activities.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills and emotional intelligence, empathy.
- Demonstrate friendliness, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
- Skills of working with a large amount of information and analytics.
- English level: B1 or higher.
- Willingness to work from the office (at least 3 days a week).
Will be a plus:
- Relevant education and/or experience in HR.
