We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing team.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year experience working with complex IT services (B2B).
  • Understanding of best practices in outbound prospecting (including prospect research & segmentation, outreach personalization, automation & scaling without losing quality).
  • Experience with any enrichment tool, for example, Clay (or strong readiness to use it daily) to enrich prospect lists.
  • Expertise in setting up and maintaining email infrastructure (deliverability basics, inbox management, warm-up routines).
  • Experience with multichannel outreach (LinkedIn + email).
  • Ability to write clear messages and communicate effectively in async workflows.
  • English level: Upper-intermediate or higher (B2+).

Must-Have:

  • Understanding and practical skills in deliverability (domains/inboxes/warm-up/monitoring).
  • Strong prospecting fundamentals: ICP understanding, list building, segmentation.
  • Self-organization, discipline, result orientation, ownership of KPI.

Should-Have:

  • Experience working with CRM to track activities, lead stages, outcomes, conversion points.
  • Understanding of hypothesis-driven approach: testing segments, angles, messaging, sequences.
  • Ability to identify and use buying signals and run trigger-based outreach.
  • Experience with automation tools / sequencing platforms (any relevant stack).

Nice-to-Have:

  • Understanding of how AI works and practical use of AI tools for: lead research, enrichment, first-line personalization.
  • Experience with metrics analysis (reply rate, meeting rate, deliverability metrics) and iterative optimization.

Responsibilities:

  • Build a pipeline of qualified leads according to ICP.
  • Set up quality appointments.
  • Launch and run multichannel campaigns via LinkedIn / Email.
  • Research and use buying signals for trigger-based outreach.
  • Work with online tools and databases to increase conversion rates.
  • Track and improve weekly/monthly KPIs (e.g., volume, reply rate, meetings booked, show rate).
