We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying and nurturing potential clients, and driving business growth through strategic lead-generation initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in leads generation.
  • Proven experience as a Lead Generation Specialist or similar role in a B2B software development environment.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific lead generation tools and techniques.
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with potential clients.
  • Showcase a proven track record of prospecting, lead generation, and contributing to the conversion process.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
  • Able to work independently while contributing effectively to team objectives.
  • Knowledge of the software development industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, PR, Business, or a related field.
  • English level: B2 and above.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize various channels, including online research, social media, and industry-specific platforms, to identify and qualify potential leads.
  • Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to engage prospects, create interest in our services, and drive conversations with key decision-makers.
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive database of leads, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for effective communication and follow-ups.
  • Work closely with the sales team to align lead generation efforts with sales strategies, providing valuable insights to enhance conversion rates.
  • Contribute to the creation of engaging content, such as emails, newsletters, and promotional materials, to capture the attention of potential clients.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of lead generation activities, providing regular reports and insights to optimize strategies.
