We are looking for a First Line Support Analyst to join our rapidly growing Team.
You will work as part of a team, you will provide first-line support to customers via the telephone, ensuring that customers receive a high level of service.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering calls via telephone.
  • Providing guidance on how to create and complete profiles.
  • Logging of service desk tickets, ensuring all the details of the issue were provided.
  • Provide assistance to end users with their daily tasks according to defined procedures.
  • Escalates customer issue as needed based on established guidelines.


Requirements:​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

  • Level of English: Advanced or Fluent :  (both written and oral).
  • Advanced level PC skills.
  • Desire to learn and help others.
  • Excellent Communication skills.


Plus
:

  • Previous experience as First Line Support Analyst.


Skills: ​​​​​​​

  • Excellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact with clients to establish what the problem is and explain the solution.
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure.
  • Excellent computer skills including MS Word and Excel.
