We are looking for a Facility Specialist to join our team.

Requirements:

  • Experience 2+years with 1C7, 1C8.

  • Initiative.

  • Responsibility.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining an electronic database of contracts.

  • Entering invoices in 1C, moving goods and materials, putting goods and materials into operation.

  • Warehouse management.

  • Work with incoming and outgoing mail, courier mail.

  • Organization of work on labor protection, fire safety, ecology, organization of annual audit.

  • Collection of employee signatures.

  • Maintaining a database of jobs.

  • Purchases based on employee requests.
