We are looking for a Facility Specialist to join our team.

Requirements:

Experience 2+years with 1C7, 1C8.
Initiative.
Responsibility.

Responsibilities:

Ensuring the supply of household goods, stationery, food, and other office supplies. Monitoring inventory. Working with suppliers.
Participating in the procurement of office equipment and furniture. Procurement based on employee requests.
Participation in the document flow process (working with incoming and outgoing mail, courier mail, preparing letters and parcels, organizing document storage).
Conducting introductory safety briefings (after training).
Monitoring and maintaining safety, fire safety, and environmental records. Organizing annual audits in these areas with the involvement of third-party organizations.
Supervision of the cleaning service.
Office space design and monitoring of office space conditions. Maintaining a comfortable office atmosphere.
Registration and data entry into accounting databases (goods receipts, contracts, workstations, etc.).
Assistance in organizing events.
Participation in other processes of the company’s Infrastructure Support and Maintenance Department as assigned by the manager.
