Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring control over the preservation of material assets;
  • Control of the maintenance and use of premises of the building and its surrounding area in accordance with the rules and regulations of industrial sanitation and fire protection on a regular basis – bypasses of premises and adjacent areas;
  • Interaction with building service organizations (creation of work orders);
  • Control of access to the building and adjacent area;
  • Maintenance of logs of visitors, guest passes, keys of premises of the building;
  • Observation and control of the work of devices contributing to safety: security and fire alarm, video surveillance system, barrier.

Requirements:

  • Average mass formation;
  • At least 2 years of experience in this field;
  • Good knowledge of the instruction on the pass regime, the procedure for responding to alarm activation;
  • High cultural level;
  • Friendliness, responsibility.
