We’re looking for a Head of People Operations in the team who will assist with administrative and operational tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the full employee lifecycle, including hiring, terminations, contract renewals/extensions, leaves of absence, and business trips.
  • Maintaining time sheets, personnel files, and employment books; managing statutory reporting (PU-1, PU-2, and statistical returns).
  • Drafting orders for financial aid, bonuses, and other internal HR-related documentation.
  • Creating, maintaining, and updating the company’s organizational structure and staffing table.
  • Handling correspondence and reconciliation for military-obligated employees.
  • Working within 1C:ZUP Human for HR records and managing data in BambooHR.
  • Issuing employment references, certificates, and petitions; preparing documents for pension processing

Requirements:

  • Deep knowledge of Belarus Labor Law and HR compliance standards.
  • Advanced Software Skills:
    • Proficiency in 1C:ZUP.
    • Expert user of MS Office 365 (Desktop & Web): Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot will be a plus.
