We are looking for a Second Line Support Analyst to join our rapidly growing Team.

Rotating shifts:
6am- 2pm GMT+3 – optionally.
12pm- 8pm GMT+3 – this shift will be scheduled during the training.
4pm- 12am GMT+3 – 80% of the working time falls on this shift.
7pm- 2am GMT+3 –  one week a month.
12am- 6am GMT+3 –  one week a months.
Working weekends after 3 month training.
Tuesday – Saturday (Sunday and Monday off).
Sunday – Friday (Friday and Saturday off).
Working on weekends after 3 month training.
Working from Tuesday to Saturday (Sunday and Monday off).
Working from Sunday to Thursday (Friday and Saturday off) – 2 weeks a month and during the training period.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing support to end-users, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
  • Troubleshooting current issues and providing work arounds to end-users.
  • Providing guidance on how to set up an application or resolve set up issues.
  • Reporting bugs to developers.
  • Investigating application logs.


Requirements:​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

  • Level of English: Advanced or Fluent:  (both written and oral).
  • Advanced level PC skills.
  • Desire to learn and help others.
  • Excellent Communication skills.


Plus:​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

  • Previous experience as IT technical support specialist or QA.
  • SQL knowledge.


Skills:

  • Good understanding of how software and operating systems work.
  • Up-to-date technical knowledge.
  • Excellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact with clients to establish what the problem is and explain the solution.
  • Establishing a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, such as software developers.
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills.
  • The ability to think logically and attention to details.
