We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our dynamic Recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the staffing needs of our organization.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in outsource.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for various roles.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- English B1+ and preferably higher.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools and technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for open positions.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate engagement to offer negotiation and preboarding.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Provide a positive candidate experience by ensuring timely communication, feedback, and support throughout the recruitment process.
- Partner with HR colleagues to facilitate smooth onboarding and integration of new hires into the organization.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruitment techniques to enhance the effectiveness of our recruitment efforts.
- Make investigations and analytics of recruitment in the company and of the market.
