We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying and nurturing potential clients, and driving business growth through strategic lead-generation initiatives.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in leads generation.
- Proven experience as a Lead Generation Specialist or similar role in a B2B software development environment.
- Familiarity with industry-specific lead generation tools and techniques.
- Ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with potential clients.
- Showcase a proven track record of prospecting, lead generation, and contributing to the conversion process.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
- Able to work independently while contributing effectively to team objectives.
- Knowledge of the software development industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, PR, Business, or a related field.
- English level: B2 and above.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize various channels, including online research, social media, and industry-specific platforms, to identify and qualify potential leads.
- Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to engage prospects, create interest in our services, and drive conversations with key decision-makers.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive database of leads, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for effective communication and follow-ups.
- Work closely with the sales team to align lead generation efforts with sales strategies, providing valuable insights to enhance conversion rates.
- Contribute to the creation of engaging content, such as emails, newsletters, and promotional materials, to capture the attention of potential clients.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of lead generation activities, providing regular reports and insights to optimize strategies.
