We are looking for a Project Manager to join our rapidly growing team.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in IT.
- 1.5+ years of experience in fintech.
- The ability to develop and manage project schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and risk management plans. Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- The ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage relationships with external partners.
- Be able to identify and manage project issues and risks, and be able to find solutions to complex problems that may arise during the course of the project.
- English level: at least B1+.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating with project stakeholders and team members to ensure project goals are met.
- Developing and maintaining project schedules, timelines, and budgets.
- Conducting risk assessments and developing risk management plans.
- Communicating project status updates to stakeholders and team members.
- Ensuring project documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
- Identifying and managing project issues and escalating as necessary.
- Leading project meetings and facilitating project team collaboration.
- Managing project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
- Ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
