We are looking for a People Partner Coordinator in the team who will become a key link in the support and development of our employees.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of work experience with key HR-processes of the company and as an HRG.
  • 1+ year of management experience.
  • Knowledge of key HR metrics and methods for calculating and analyzing them.
  • Understanding the basics of a commercial company.
  • Skills of working with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Good communication skills and emotional intelligence, empathy.
  • English language proficiency at B1+ and above.

Responsibilities:

  • Matrix management of the People Partner team (5 people): Monitoring compliance with PP work standards, training/information when necessary, holding meetings and retrospectives, summing up results, planning and implementing projects, setting goals to improve efficiency in units.
  • Support the employees of unit in accordance with the corporate standards of the HR partner role, at least in the processes of: Onboarding, Mentoring, Performance Review & Growth plans, Rotation, Query management, Offboarding.
  • Participation in the development and implementation of tasks and projects aimed at developing corporate culture, employee engagement and satisfaction both within the unit and throughout the company.
  • Advising and supporting managers on team management issues. Conflict resolution, mediation, and offering solutions that confirm the desire of the parties.
  • Conducting regular one-on-one meetings with employees to determine motivation and increase work engagement.
  • Preparation, analysis and interpretation of data on HR-indicators of the unit, development and implementation of department action plans.
