We’re looking for a People Partner Assistant in the team who will assist with administrative and operational tasks and help to organize HR processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Support People Partners with day-to-day tasks.
  • Maintaining employee records: data verification, updating statistical information.
  • Administration of specific compensation types and coordination of workday adjustments.
  • Sending reminders about vacation days, training events, signing documents.
  • Organizing team-building activities.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills and emotional intelligence, empathy.
  • Demonstrate friendliness, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
  • Skills of working with a large amount of information and analytics.
  • English level: B1 or higher.
  • Willingness to work from the office (at least 3 days a week).

Will be a plus:

  • Relevant education and/or experience in HR.
