We are looking for a Data Entry Specialist to join our team.

You will work as part of a team providing customers with the necessary information while ensuring they receive a high level of service.

Requirements:

English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate level (written and spoken).
Advanced PC skills.
Advanced Excel skills.
Persistent focus on accuracy while handling data.
Strong listening and questioning abilities for effective client interaction.
The ability to work calmly under pressure.
Eagerness to learn and assist others.
Prior work with English-speaking customers is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Research and update data related to U.S. electricity utilities.
Upload updated data into the customer’s tool.
Create and submit detailed reports.
Working with the AWS console and Log files.
Collaborating with client to integrate Lightlytics solution with clients solution.
