Gexateq is a technology company delivering high‑quality software development, engineering, and digital transformation services for clients across Europe and the US. We are expanding our Sales & Marketing function and looking for an experienced Lead Generator Team Leader who understands the IT sales cycle, can manage and grow a LeadGen team, and can build predictable outbound lead‑generation processes.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in IT outbound lead generation or SDR role.
  • Experience managing a LeadGen/SDR team (or acting as a senior/mentor).
  • Understanding of IT services sales cycle (outsourcing, dedicated teams, product engineering).
  • Strong knowledge of outbound channels: email, LinkedIn, cold outreach.
  • Excellent understanding of B2B lead-generation metrics and KPIs.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools.
  • Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns based on performance.
  • Upper‑Intermediate English or higher (written communication especially important).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.

Will be a plus:

  • Experience working with US/EU markets.
  • Familiarity with industry verticals such as fintech, logistics, healthcare, e‑commerce, cybersecurity.
  • Experience collaborating with marketing teams (content, ads, brand).
  • Understanding of ABM (Account-Based Marketing) principles.
  • Experience with lead research, ICP building, and segmentation.

Responsibilities:

 

Team Leadership & Management

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Lead Generators (researchers, SDR assistants).
  • Set clear KPIs, monitor performance, conduct regular 1:1s.
  • Build onboarding and training programs for new team members.
  • Distribute workload and ensure timely execution of all outreach activities.

 

Process & Strategy

  • Build, optimize, and scale outbound lead generation processes.
  • Develop outreach strategies (email sequences, LinkedIn workflows, multichannel campaigns).
  • Work closely with Sales Managers to ensure lead quality and alignment with ICP.
  • Implement best practices for lead research, data quality, and CRM hygiene.
  • Analyze funnel metrics and continuously improve conversion rates.

 

Tools & Technologies

  • Manage and optimize usage of outreach tools (e.g., Apollo, Reply.io | AI Sales Outreach & Cold Email Platform , LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.).
  • Ensure proper CRM usage (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Set up automation rules, reporting dashboards, and workflows.

 

Reporting

  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on team performance and pipeline status.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to Sales & Marketing leadership.
