Gexateq is a technology company delivering software development, engineering, and digital transformation services for clients across the US and Europe. We are expanding our marketing function and looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who can strengthen our ICP‑driven demand generation, build predictable inbound flows, and collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams — including Sales, LeadGen, and Development.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in digital marketing, preferably in IT, SaaS, or B2B tech services.

  • Hands‑on experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.

  • Experience working with ICPs, segmentation, and persona‑driven campaigns.

  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret funnel metrics and campaign performance.

  • Understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and basic CRO principles.

  • Experience with CRM and automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, ActiveCampaign).

  • Ability to collaborate with technical experts and translate complex concepts into marketing language.

  • Strong English (Upper‑Intermediate+) — especially for written communication.

Will be a plus:

  • Experience with ABM (Account-Based Marketing).

  • Familiarity with complex IT domains (FinTech, Healthcare, Logistics, Cybersecurity).

  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or experience with landing page builders.

  • Experience working directly with developers or technical product teams.

 

Responsibilities:


ICP Development & Support

  • Participate in defining, refining, and continuously updating Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) for key target segments.

  • Conduct market and competitor research to validate ICP assumptions, buying triggers, and decision-maker roles.

  • Translate ICP insights into actionable marketing inputs: messaging frameworks, campaign segmentation, content themes, and channel prioritization.

  • Work with Sales and LeadGen to align ICP criteria with real sales feedback and funnel data.

 

Digital Campaign Management

  • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, and relevant industry platforms.

  • Build segmentation and targeting strategies based on ICPs and user intent.

  • Set up retargeting flows and multichannel nurture campaigns using automation tools.

 

Content & Communication

  • Create or co-create marketing content aligned with ICP pain points: landing pages, case studies, whitepapers, newsletters, and ad creatives.

  • Manage the company’s LinkedIn presence: publishing content, tracking engagement, supporting employer branding initiatives.

  • Support SEO: keyword research, content optimization, and collaboration with copywriters.

 

Collaboration With Development Team

  • Work with the development and technical teams to understand product capabilities, new features, and unique technical value propositions.

  • Transform technical inputs into clear marketing messaging for landing pages, feature highlights, and outbound campaigns.

  • Coordinate with development to prepare accurate materials for releases, announcements, and roadmap‑driven marketing pushes.

  • Participate in cross-functional syncs to ensure marketing campaigns reflect actual product/service differentiation.

 

Analytics & Reporting

  • Build dashboards (GA, Looker Studio, HubSpot/Salesforce or similar) to monitor channel performance and funnel metrics.
  • Analyze CPL, CAC, lead quality, and engagement to optimize campaigns.
  • Conduct A/B tests on ads, landing pages, and content angles.
