We are looking for an independent, proactive, curious and self-driven UI/UX Designer to join our rapidly growing team.

Requirements:

  •  2+ years of experience in UX and UI design.
  • Proven experience designing complex B2B/B2C web products.
  • Ability to build interactive prototypes of varying fidelity and test them with users.
  • Strong skills in creating detailed UI and visual designs.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams with designers, product managers, and engineers.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency in digital design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
  • English level: B1–B2 or higher.

Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality final designs, ensuring delivery within deadlines and budget.
  • Design for web and mobile applications with up-to-date knowledge of UI and interaction design patterns for iOS and Android.
  • Present, explain, and advocate design ideas and recommendations to product management and business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, developers, product managers, and other team members.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience conducting user research using various techniques.
  • Familiarity with creating and/or working with Design Systems.
  • Ability to design effective user onboarding flows.
  • Knowledge of data visualization and the ability to simplify complex data into clear stories.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to maintain strong working relationships.
